Gal Hanai, Adv.
Gal practices commercial litigation, including matters relating to real estate and corporate law, as well as defamation and employment law. She holds an LL.B. degree in Law from Sapir Academic College. Gal completed her legal internship at the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office (Criminal Division). Gal joined the firm in 2024.
Shahaf Keren, Adv.
Shachaf practices civil and commercial litigation, representing clients in real estate disputes, contract law matters, corporate law, receivership proceedings, tenders, private international law, tourism law, and other related matters. He holds an LL.B. degree in Law from the University of Haifa. Shachaf completed his legal internship at FWMK (Peir, Vilensky, Mizrahi, Kanaani), specializing in commercial litigation and class actions. Shachaf joined the firm in 2026.
Rosie Cohen
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering. With many years of experience in management and operations in both military and civilian settings, including team management and work in diverse professional environments. She currently serves as the firm’s Office Manager and Personal Assistant, overseeing the firm’s day-to-day management and operations, coordinating work with attorneys, clients, and professional counterparts, and handling a wide range of administrative and organizational matters.
